Mopar number for indoor cabin air filter cover

I'm looking to do the indoor cabin air filter Mod on my truck and can't find the part number for the cover that is needed on the hole is cut behind the glove box. If someone could point me in the right direction, it would greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
