Sorry guys I know if could have searched for this, but I am on a ship with a slow satellite internet connection.

I am going to level my truck, install a body lift, and run 35 inch tires. I have a few questions.

Question 1.
Can I run 35s with my stock 17 inch wheels? If so what is the widest tire I could go with? I want to run the Nitto Terra Grapplers? Would it be possible to run 325/70R17 without spacers on stock wheels? I may look into buying rims as well, but not sure yet. If I get new wheels what back spacing will I need to run the 325/70R17 tires?

Question 2.
I know this has been answered before, but what are the pros and cons of running the coil spacers vs. the belstein adjustable shocks? Is there a better ride with either. Obviously the adjustable shocks give me more options for front end height.

Question 3.
I was looking at 4wheelparts.com and came across some Pro Comp Pro Runner SS Ride Height adjustable shocks. Anyone ever heard of them?

I know Im asking a lot of questions here, but I this seems to be the best place for answers.

Thanks
Rob

1. Yes you can. A 325 is pretty fricken wide. I'd go no more than a 305.

2. from my experience, Steel spacer rougher ride, The hard plastic kits(daystar) smoother rider. You probably would never be able to tell the difference. Bilstein is the cats ****. Better than stock ride, however has had reported vibration in 4WD. I'm going with a rancho quicklift myself, as i've been in a 4th gen with one installed and no vibration and rides amazing.

3. Never heard of them, maybe someone will chime in with some info.

Good luck, hope this helps.

no you can not run 325's with stock wheels. You might be able to run 295's on the stock 17's. if you got wheels with 4.5" backspacing you could run 325's with no issues. they will stick out past the fenders though.

any lift/level kit for our trucks will have the chance of vibration in 4 wheel drive. The vibration is caused by increasing the cv angles.

285 if you don't want to deal with spacers

You can put a 325 on a stock wheel but it's not really recommended
I will second a 285, they will fill out the wheel well really well

Any tire you go with isn't goin to look all the wide on a stock wheel because of the width

I want to run a 4 inch suspension on my 2010 ram 1500 quad cab but I don't know which lift to go with or what wheel width to choose. I want to run an aftermarket set of 20's with atleast 33 inch tires. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm running a 4" CST spindle lift with 37" tires and absolutely love it! Although, I am running fiberglass fenders front and rear. You can get any look you want, just depends how much work you want to do!
