Ok so I didn't like how the truck sounded and wanted to get back that nice rumble I had with the single exit and no resonator.

The setup consist of a MUFFLEX 18" and J-Pipe with the tips replaced with turn down behind the bumper. This morning I had the muffler shop removed the resonator.

Before with resonator

Now without resonator

So yeah those tiny resonator do make a huge difference on the sound

Sounds good. As long as you went with high flow cats, the sound shouldnt change too much. A little louder, and a little deeper, but nothing crazy. Going without cats makes it almost obnoxious.

Thanks

Yeah that's what I've read in the other threads. I will not say no to a little louder/deeper, my wife is getting used to loud exhaust on the bike so the truck is actually quiet for her now lol.
