Does changing the stock Exhaust tips to 5" tips make much of a difference in sound?

Thanks! Trying to improve the sound a little right now before having to drop 1000+ on an entire Exhaust system
What exhaust system are you thinking about? There is also muffler kits available that are much cheaper than a full catback if your interested. Message me if you would like a quote on anything
Just browsing right now. But i will keep that in mind!
It does make the exhaust note a bit deeper. We can get you set up with the Carven 5" tips

Yes--a deeper sound and more mellow.

Yes the tail pipe is 3". any universal 3"inlet shorter length tip would work. I personally used a lack MBRP slant cut tip. I'm not in the office right now but if you message me I can send you some options and pricing later. What tips do you have for a 2018 2500 with the 6.4L? I think the tailpipe is 3"?

You are correct the 6.4 is 3.5".Nick, are you sure the 6.4L is a 3 inch inlet? I measured it and it seems to be at least 3.5 inch inlet....
I think the 5.7L is a 3 inch
I did a muffler delete with a magnaflow xpipe best 150 I've spent sounds awesoneThanks! Trying to improve the sound a little right now before having to drop 1000+ on an entire Exhaust system
6" tips give an even deeper sound. And fill the bumper gap on a truck with a body lift.

Can’t imagine what my Carven Progressive would sound like with the stock tips. Don’t think I care to find out...[emoji41]
