"My Mopar" won't update mileage

At website, under my garage, my truck is still stuck on 44k miles in 2021, clicking "update Mileage" doesn't work.
I don't have Uconnect in my truck, mine got replaced with a radio. Does that have something to do with it??
I'm going in for 60k maintenance in a couple weeks, can my stealership do it?

Updates to the mothership are via Uconnect radio. If you removed it then they can't talk.

Well, it was removed before I bought the truck but anyway, I guess that explains it.
