Thanks, I take a lot of pride in hearing that! Haha. Considering a ram box is selling for $3K and then you gotta pay to have it shipped, this is a hell of a lot cheaper option. Plus im good at fabbing. I will make sure to include pics. I should probably start a "build thread".

I think there’s a lot of satisfaction in taking on projects. But with adding Ram Boxes I’d probably exhaust my first options of finding a junkyard Ram Box bed........

Or finding someone with a Ram Box truck that would wanna trade.

Either way I’m looking forward to seeing this truck when it’s all done.

I have already called junkyards, thats how I know they sell for $3,000. If i could find someone to trade beds with i would gladly do it. But i extremely doubt that will happen. Lol.

Lol! Im 39 years old and signed up for CAD, CAM, and mechanical drawing classes today. Getting ideas to build upper control arms and an 8" lift with Icon coilovers and shocks on my Ram.

No i just bought power steps. Hell if ya lived close and paid for material and consumables i would do a prototype set for beer! Im a heineken and corona man. Lol!

It would be a side trip on a visit to my sister in-law in upstate New York. Maybe after the holidays my friend.



And besides beer, I’d bring the good stuff, some Johnny Walker Blue, to shoot the **** and swap war stories during construction and after the installation of the sliders.
