When I got it:

As it sits now:

Eventually, it'll be white, riding on 3" of lift and 33s. I'm, hoping to not have to regear, but with 3.21s in the pumpkins, I might just have to.
As of right now, it's on 31s (scored 6 of em for $250!)
We've ripped out the carpet and replaced it with a vinyl mat because the carpet was absolutely shot. The original seats were replaced with ones out of an older Caravan. The carpet in the cargo area was ripped out, scuffed the back and sprayed on bedliner, then threw in a rubber bedmat from a Chevy pickup. Took some cutting to get it to fit, but it works! The original seats were replaced with ones out of an older Caravan. Scored those for free. The previous owner left it parked near a wooded area, and some mice built a nest inside it. It's taken a LOT of work to get the smell out. We also managed to find the leak in the windshield, and now that's fixed too.
The steering was absolutely frightening when I got it. A new steering box, drag link, and a Borgesen steering shaft fixed that right up. It might benefit from a steering stabilizer, but I'm not sure as of yet. Most likely it'll happen when I get the 33s on.
I need to fix some rust, but the guy I got it from threw in a patch panel for the worst side, so I just need to find time to get that done.
The Ram's head hood ornament I got from a customer who had a few laying around.
