Nav says it's offline??

What is happening is I can't punch in a new address or speak in a new address it says offline.
But I can use a recent or favorite.
Anyone know what could be wrong?

I noticed yesterday that my 2016 Ram navigation went haywire.

I punched in a address just to see if it came up with a quicker way to get there, it read that i should go all the way through town, through maybe 30 signal lights.
Instead i took the freeway & that way only had about 6 lights.

The navigation showed me going through fields & up a steep hill that only a four wheeler might be able to climb.
I tried cancelling the trip, i even shut the Ram off & removed the key & opened the door.
The navigation would not reset.
Finally i passed through an area where there are several T-Mobile antennas, the radio stations dropped & the radio read no signal, then i left that area & the radio & navigation both came back up & the Nav showed me to be exactly where i was on the street.
Yesterday was just weird

Any news on this? Mine did the exact same thing right around that same time frame.

Android auto has stopped working in my ram 1500, on Monday. I wonder if it's the same issue.

Instead of connecting when I plug the USB in, I get an error that says the time and date of the vehicle is incorrect.

I have a 2018 Silverado that is company supplied and I'm not having problems in it, so i believe something is up with uconnect, sprint or RAM. Annoying as hell, I hope they get it straightened out soon.
