Hello,
I’m having the same problem with my Ram 1500 Longhorn with 12” screen. Navigation is off by about 50 miles. I took it to the dealer today and they said they don’t work on navigation systems, that would be a problem with the customer’s subscription. I tried to explain that the problem is most likely with the radio head unit or GPS module. They reluctantly took the vehicle in and said if the firmware is up to date, then there isn’t much more they can do. I was very disappointed with outlook and holding my breath they actually diagnose the problem.

Well, that's a load of BS. A subscription to UConnect does not include navigation. All navigation operating software & hardware is provided by Ram.

My 8.4” Unconnect radio was acting goofy. It was stuck on a location from several days ago. I went into the system settings and performed a factory reset. Afterwards the navigation says “Navigation System Calibration Required”.

I even disconnected the battery and nothing. How do I fix this?

I think you need to drive in a figure 8 a few times .
Find a big parking lot
This or what I was told is with the driver's door open and the seatbelt fastened turn the wheel all the way to the left and drive in several tight circles.

Also make sure your home address is entered into the radio in the navigation

You're nuts to enter your home address in the navigation, pick an address a few blocks away from your homes address.

Not sure what you mean by that .
That’s the whole purpose of using navigation
If somebody steals your truck from a parking lot,and you're garage door opener is in the truck, you've just left them a map to your house. If you're entering a home address, never enter your actual address, pick an address a couple blocks away. There's something wrong if you need your exact home address entered into the trucks nav to get home :Big Laugh: :Big Laugh:

Like Wildone said, I put an address about a mile away at a gas station. I used to put my actual home address, but with so much thievery going on, it’s a little more piece of mind.
