That's what I thought too. I had to like triple check to make sure it wasn't a hitch receiver lock.Those style locks are usually used on van nack doors, not sure how you would use them on a truck.
I bet with the "keyed differently" there is a total of 12 different keys. Work put similar locks on the vans many years ago, they also paid to have them rekeyed. It's really fun when when one of those freeze and your torch is in the back where you can't get to it.
