Need advise on running a wire from rear window area to front window by mirror

Looking for advice if anyone has ran a wire from the rear window in the cab up to the front windshield by the mirror. I currently run a B4K (Blueskysea 4K Dash Cam) and have the rear camera to install. I am looking for the most convenient way to run the wire for the rear cam up to the front windshield. I’m not looking to drop the headliner but possibly run it along the passenger side of the headliner and was looking for input.

Surprisingly I was able to tuck in under the edge of the headliner and rubber weather-strip around the doors. That went way too easy.

Exactly what I would have said. I pretty much had the same epiphany when I put mine in...something along the lines of, "well that was easy"...

If you look closely, once the doors are open
pull some of the rubber door seal away

Then your roof liner is not difficult to to get your fingers under
