I used the 2008 intake manifold and I am removing the mds .and putting the plugs back in.will the 2008 intake manifold work or do I need 2003 ? I really appreciate it

It will work but you have to plug the EGR. Also need to plug it on the cylinder head. You can't just removed the MDS solenoids, you have to pull the heads and replace the lifters too. If you just pull the solenoids and don't replace the lifters, the lifters on those four cylinders will collapse and you'll be trying to run a four cylinder with a lot of drag.

Yes, as long as they aren't broken. It will run as normal since there's no harness to them and your PCM couldn't run them anyway. Make sure you plug the EGR ports too. Have you swapped your valve covers and coils? You won't be able to plug your harness into the 08 coils.Thank you for your time.so I have pulled 3 mds solonoids .can I just put them back in and just not plug them in.being my 2003 didn't have mds ?
