I'm working for a guy that buys cars from auctions and we have a 2016 Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi 4 by 4 heavy duty that was a Louisiana State Wildlife and Fisheries truck apparently it was under water and when I got my hands on it I had to put the front cap back on fenders Hood Grill radiator everything on the front and he replaced the ticm the PCM inside the truck and put a new engine 30000 miles and we have everything hooked up but I have no power inside the truck besides a dome light and headlights at this point I'm not sure what to check besides the body harness itself we do have a 2013 same exact truck but the wiring harnesses are a little different it runs but a tree fell on it so it is completely smashed is there anyway I can transfer anything over to the other truck to get it going or where should I check next. I know that the key needs to be programmed but there's no way anyone is going to touch it with these electrical problems any help would be greatly appreciated I don't know what to do at this point we have over $10,000 invested

Remove and clean all chassis and body grounds would be my first starting point. Corroded grounds can do weird stuff.

I agree with Brandon and Ohio. My first thought after checking the grounds would be to pull the fuse box out and check all of the connectors for rust/corrosion since it was sitting under water and you have no idea for how long. I’d also check the ignition switch for corrosion as well. I’m assuming you also replaced the starter since you swapped engines. If not, that’s another definite place to look as it was/is water logged.
