need help nothing works

Husband has 03 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi that he went to start up one day to go to town and the truck just back fired or made a popping noise. Now the RPM going high and low, & you have no gas pedal control. Have replaced the MAP sensor cleaned the PCV valve, CAM sensor, o2 sensors & replace Throttle body assembly since these engines have no TBS and has checked all hoses and connections. No crack or hole on intake manifold, has check all springs all are good and replaced spark plugs, no change.

Is throwing these codes:

P2106 Throttle Actuator Ctrl Sys-Forced Limited Power
P2108 Throttle Actuator Ctrl Mod Perf
P2172 Throttle Actuator Ctrl Sys-Sudden Hi Airflow Detected

What is the problem?? Need HELP ASAP!
