Need help removing exhaust

So I wanted to take off my old exhaust and replace it with carven but my bolts seem welded on compared to the install video carven did. Not sure how to take them off because they’re supposed to be 15mm but that is too big. Any help with getting these bolts off will help! (Pics include front facing clamp bolt and 1 of the back facing clamp bolts).

That looks like many years of rust getting worse and worse. You're gonna have to cut or torch that off unfortunately

a sawzall or cutting torch will be your friend to get that apart, if not there's always..

Can U tell me which would be the easiest method and how to do it. Like would I cut the bolt off or which part? I don’t even know where to begin.

If you use a sawzall cut the clamp off(green arrow), right about where the red line is drawn. Try not to cut into the pipe and wear a full face shield, lots of stuff will fall on you.

It looks rusty enough you could hit it with a hammer a few times and the bolt will break off.

Thank u for the explanation, also what kind of bolts and nuts do I need to replace the rusted ones? Never seen this type of bolt before.

Never seen this type of bolt before.

That an exhaust band clamp, you buy them by what size diameter the exhaust pipe is

I had similar issue When I recently done a muffler delete. I used a cut off wheel
On a grinder to cut off the old clamps. I used new band clamps for new exhaust. Small 5lb sledge to separate muffler from pipe along with a lot of wiggling. It’ll come eventually.
