Need Help with Cruise Control Part

Recently had a large branch get caught up in the undercarriage of my 2021 Ram 1500. Took quite a bit of muscle to get it out, possibly too much muscle.

Cruise control now inoperative and I have illuminated warning lights on the dash.

I got under the truck and it looks like a plastic part (cruise control servo? ) has been damaged and needs to be replaced. Anybody know what this part is called and if it is a difficult replacement.

Due to finances I am not in position to visit dealership.

Of course I can just ignore the warning lights as I never use cruise control. Picture shows undamaged part on right side . Part on left is clearly broken and the two wires which plug in are hanging. Part is mounted just above brake assembly.,

Indeed it would, he does say he has lights on in dash so? Need more info

RE: Insurance claim. Deductible is 500. Could repair be more than that?

Here are my warning lights as well as notification cruise control "unavailable"

Per manual lights indicate issues with forward collision warning and electronic parking brake issue.

Redfisher1974: It is located just above brake assembly and there are two green wires with spade connectors which plug into terminals which have been ripped out of the plastic assembly i mentioned

Insurance claim may be needed. Im thinking if it is not a simple plug and play repair could be way more than $500.

The part alone may be $500 the way things are.

Oh is that the auto parking brake?
Can’t you just replace connector? I can’t see it being more then just the plastic wire connection and a couple cut wires. Probably can just temp splice it till you get new plug.

I took a look and yes thats the auto parking brake, if you do need to replace whole unit they are only about $100 or so.
