Need help with head lights

I have a 2000 Ram and the high beam and the low beam lights are on all the time. I have replaced the head light switch, dimmer switch and the relay is good. What else could be the problem?

wiring maybe. Need to trace out all the wiring since its an old truck and could be that simple. Are you sure its both high and low? you can see both filaments lit?

Yes, it has 4 bulbs and all four are on when the lights are on.

You have the 2000 sport headlights, four bulb type. It might be the DRl (daytime running lights) module if you have one. A small black box on the drivers inner fender between the power distribution box and the firewall.

My truck is a sport but I looked and did not see a unit for day time running lights.
