I've recently bought a 2014 Crew Cab Big Horn, I have been reading on this site religiously since, and trying to decide the route I would like to go with it as far as lifting it. I'm thinking of eventually moving up to a 6" lift next year some time. Right now I was planning on going with just a leveling kit to raise it some, and then save for some tires, and after save for my lift for next year. I know there are a few routes I can go to achieve this. Right now I'm debating on:
-Zone Offroad 2" Adventure Series UCA Lift (which has the spacer and UCA, both made by zone) $520
-Hell Bent Steel and Zone UCA for around $520-530
-Bilsteins and Zone UCA $600+
I'm kind of leaning towards the Zone UCA and spacer kit and was wondering if there are any good reviews on it. I'm pretty sure I would like to eventually lift it 6" (I've seen a few in person) but that could all change by then. From what I've read I will get a better ride with the Bilsteins, but if I do lift it, the lift will have new shocks anyways so I would only be out the $100 for the spacer. If I decide to just stay with the level, I can get Bilsteins then. For lifts I've been looking at the Zone and RCX. Again leaning towards zone, I can be **** on stuff like this and like it all to be uniform. Sorry if this is a little redundant and this has all been covered before, I'm just looking for some opinions and a push in the right direction for the future. What move would you make?
