I just put bilsteins on my 2017 Ram 1500 SLT, Ride height is set at 2.8 in the front and whatever the back is.
So I capped the truck and the rear is now sagging.
1. One inch block?
or
2. icon 1500 Rear Coil-Springs - 1.5" lift. Being that I'm going to add some more weight to the rear.

Find a nice flat spot and measure from the ground to the center of each wheel well. Once you find out the difference, you can get the appropriate spacer for the rear. You might want to give it a little bit of rake so when you haul stuff you aren't sagging. Maybe look into getting some airlift bags to put inside your rear springs so you can air up when carrying a heavy load.

spacers are just to add some height. Why not take the opportunity to add a better spring and kill two birds with one stone.

I will kill to birds with one stone and look for icons. Yes, I tow four-wheelers and dirt bikes and soon to tow a travel trailer to and from my bug out location.
