need some help - noise.

First, just joined the forum! can't wait to shower you guys with questions and problems that I'll probably have in the near future.

Second, I'm hearing a lot of jingling sound coming from under my truck when i hit even the smallest bumps/uneven roads, i can differentiate that it happens with both my front and tail end when im driving, and only at lower speeds (<35mph) which leads me to believe that its my shocks. the truck has 130k miles and im 90% sure theyve never been replaced. was hoping someone would have at least heard of what im talking about, or has experienced it first hand.

Third, i will have pictures up as soon as i replace my grill/bumper/fender and lights. i hit a concrete pole with a full ranch hand front end.

Fourth, 2nd gen ranch hand front end for sale.

had similar problem with my 3rd gen was the shock bushings replaced them and noise went away

Welcome to RF. I would say the shocks need replaced anyway so start there and see if that fixes the sounds. If not you still needed to replace them anyway...LOL

thanks for the replies! me and my buddy got in/under and tightened every and any loose nut we could find. didnt help the sound though. side note, carID misplaced my new grille i ordered a month ago. id love to get pics up, but she is one ugly sob right now hehe
