New Filter From Varram !!!

I just Got my new from Vararam today
I order it 2 days ago quick shipping cost me $99 with a cleaning Kit and shipping
My filter was messed up and bent would not stay in place so I just order a new one

Sorry about the late replay what's in the box is a new filter from Vararam
I don't know how but the Orignal filter was bent out of shape
So bad to where it would not fit anymore lots of gaps and weird whistle noise
So I called Vararam and ordered a new filter
Very fast shipping and he threw in a cleaning kit....

Interesting, was it from tightning the lid down to much and not having it seated properly?

I had to order a new filter too, but for me was due to not cleaning it properly. When I called vararam i told them i needed to BUY a new filter because I did not clean mine properly and he asked me to elaborate. So i told him i waited too long from when i first got it to the first time i cleaned it. The filter was black and i could never get it clean, so i told him that due to the windy/dusty conditions here, i had to shorten my cleaning intervals in order to keep the filter clean and working properly. Lesson learned!! But i guess the guy at vararam appreciated my honesty and he sold me the filter at their cost and threw in a filter cleaning kit. I thought that was awesome. :thumbup:Yea i had some good customer service from vararam too.

That's good to know, I installed mine about 7months ago and have put about 4K miles on it since then and haven't cleaned it yet so I may end up doing this when I get back home. $80-85 sounds a little high for a replacement filter.

It does, but considering that if maintained properly, it will pay for itself after about 5x that you clean it
