New grill released for genII trucks

Is this a completely new grille? on the website it says the old grill will need to be cut. If it is the whole assembly (shell,symbol, and mesh) I am very interested. Bolt on?...Have a 2nd gen cummins dually, lifted, big tires, just had cowl induction hood put on, road armor bumper...would be Interested in taking pics with this grille on for website. truck looks mean...

its the insert like code said. All you have to do is cut the cross hairs out of your grill but leave 1in of each post. Drill 1/2in hole in each post then 4 more in the marked areas and bolt it in. Its very easy. PM me and ill give you his contact info.
