hi guys i bought 2 new heads, i got it started today and not sure if there is process for coolant and air inside motor. it was staying at 180 now its going over 200 temp.

Bleeding the cooling system is simple enough. You'll want to park in such a way that the front of the vehicle is slightly higher than the back. Remove the radiator cap and start the truck, let it sit for a bit until it reaches operating temperature. Once its at operating temperature, rev the engine about halfway and watch the coolant level in the radiator, it shouldn't drop more than a few inches, hold it like this for a minute then slowly let off the throttle so it doesn't splash you. Once its idling, top off the coolant and replace the radiator cap. Now you're done.
