Hi, I'm a new member and need advice on an exhaust system for a 95 5.2 ram 1500. I was considering the flowmaster single exhaust vs the dual, is there any advantage to having the dual other than looks. Also, while I have the truck o a lift any suggestions on shocks, I just want a comfortable highway ride.
Thanks,

Welcome bud, Bilsteins are one of the best shocks out, very popular with all of us. The exhaust you can go alot of routes are you just changing the muffler back or more of it?

I run Bilstein shocks, and will no longer run any other brand.

Unless you are swapping your entire exhaust from headers back it really won't matter what you do. You will get a small gain just hacking the factory choke can off. Some of us just run no muffler. Some go with aftermarket. Either is better than stock. Running duals is tricky on our rams and really not necessary. As for shocks rock bilsteins if you can afford them. I can't. I have a coilover conversion in the rear of my truck. I like it but it rides a little harder than stock so its probably not for you.

As for shock I'm running the Rancho's 5000 on my 3/4 ton Cummins (7,300#) zero issues. I don't believe in following the herd with high price stuff. My truck see more miles offroad that it does on road...

Kick it forward to 4:30 and enjoy the ride to a friends place with Rancho Shocks.

Hauling heavy... Same Rancho shocks...

Just from the muffler back.
