I am new to the group, I have had this 2007 Dodge Ram 1550 Megacab for about 10 years. It now has 534K miles on it with the original motor. Transmission solenoid pack changed recently otherwise original transmission as well. I am sorry but I do not change my oil every 3000 miles. More like 30-40K miles and inside the valve covers looked great when I had to change the gaskets.

I also own a 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad cab with a 5.9 V8, bought new in 2000 it now has 512k miles on it. Original motor and over 350k miles on the transmission rebuild.

I have a few questions I would like to post soon with questions on transfer case shifting and replacing odometers, Where is the best place to post those questions.

Wow, hope I get that kind of mileage out of my old girl.
P.S. The only difference I've found between the 1/2 and 3/4 ton mega's is the rear diff is a 10.5 on the 1500 and 11.5 on the 2500.
