I was wondering today ,I bought a 2007 quad cab 4x4 1500 a few months ago.It had 97000 on it and now just turned 100.000,now I love this thing with the 5.7 Hemi so I install the CAI,and a few days ago the SC 3865 on 91 oct tune and have an appointment next week for my cat back dull exhaust and it hit me,should I be taking it easy on her .She's not a young en any more, maybe I should be on the gas saver tune and buying lift kits not performance mods.Your thoughts,I really like this truck and want it to last :)

Naw...all you should do is run it like ya want to, keep it serviced and hope the previous owner(s) took good care of the truck.

Things will break but that's normal as the mileage adds up. Putting performance mods on the truck, as you have listed, actually improve efficiency and don't exceed vehicle system capacities. I say you are good to go.

Just stay away from doing a supercharger or a turbo, will ya?

congrats on this - it's really a find. 100K is just getting broken in and even tho the engine may not be as young as it once was, the body and other parts are probably in pretty good shape.

It was a great find,on the front yard of the org owners a few miles away. The truck is in great shape just the miles, not a spot in the cab.I really like it so far ,like I said I was going to have the exhaust put on next week but I'm also liking the 3 inch body lift.I put the leveling kit on the day after I bought it :)

December 09 and @ around 94k was when i had the first cam done (Spartan @ 112lsa). Ran that with a canned 91 dsp tune for a few months until i decided on going with stack SC3815/SCT setup.
Few months earlier in that year i had the 2800 stall and 4.10's installed.
From Dec 03 to 09 my main performance mods were Long Tubes, Aero AT3030, Manual Cutout, SC3815, AIRRAM CAI and power wire.
