New Ram Owner....First Post...Possible Dumb Question

New Ram owner here from Langley, BC. I got my first ever truck and I am loving it so far, and I can't wait to start modding this baby. First thing I want to do is the exhaust, and I'm 99% convinced I want the Mufflex 14", so here comes the dumb question......Do I need to buy new tips as well, or can I continue to use the ones currently on the truck?

Nope, wit the mufflex it uses the same tips, youll be good. It will be a little bit of a pain to get them just right but to me it is worth it.

Next question. How do I remove the email address from my screen name? I went through the User CP area, and I can't see where I can change it.

Send a Private Message to a Moderator and ask them to change your screen name. Once you established the member name, you cannot change it, only allowed options.

Or one might stumble upon this thread and do it for you.

when installing the mufflex make sure u remove all the exhaust piping from the muffler back. i had about an hours worth of wasted time trying to force the mufflex in without removing the last part of the pipe. remove it and then one u get the mufflex bolted in add it back. simple enough

I am having it installed at the local Dodge dealership, so I am sure they will do a fantastic job on the install.
