New wheels and tires!!!

I found some Power wagon pull offs wrapped in XLTs, def in love with them, still torn on my lift though... Do I add 1.25 inches to rear, or bring front down to 2" from 2.5"

Looks great! I say add a bit to the back if you don't like the stance, but I personally like the front up a bit (the LA Rake) myself. Gives it a bit of a pre-runner look.

Thuren 2” coils...you won’t regret it. I’m .75” higher in the back
