Anyone here ever tried NOS on a Hemi truck. I have never used the stuff but thought a 100HP unit might be fun if it's not going to blow up my 6 speed.

The hemi motor responds great to nitrous. A 100 shot should get you roughly 80hp/150tq to the wheels. The transmission shouldn't have any trouble with that as you will only be using it at WOT on the upshifts. The weak spots in that transmission are WOT downshifts and holding 4th gear at WOT (you wont get there until about 120+). Avoid those 2 scenarios, and your transmission will last.

Do you sell these? Do you use just the standard tune or do you need something custom or some ethanol injection or anything?

Nitrous Kits

When running nitrous, you just need to pull some timing as you go with a larger shot. For a 75 shot or below, I wouldn't worry about pulling timing, but make sure you are running nothing less than 93 octane. Once you get into the 100+ shots of nitrous, we like to pull a few degrees of timing. If you go with Hemifever for your tuning, he will write you a nitrous tune at no extra cost.

Plenty of us are running nitrous, most are small shots, some are pushing what we can do with a base system before needing to go direct port. The kit you get would determine what the horsepower amount you'll end up with based on what pill/nozzle package that kit recommends and where they measure from i.e. Zex rates at the flywheel, N2Outlet rates at the wheels.

I ran a 100-150 shot on my '07 with a bone stock transmission for 2 years and never had a problem, the trans hold just fine with straight launches, it's the daily driving that roasts these things.
