I'd tell the husband that the matter is between your insurance companies, not between you and him. He wasn't even driving. He's out of the picture.
I would also inform him that either an attorney could shut him up, or the other option is the "Easter Bunny Softball Team". That is, 8 guys show up at his house in a black panel van, and all dressed up as the Easter Bunny. They all carry softball bats....

Dang dude, my wreck wasn't nearly as bad, the people that hit me said I hit them, like I drove their mini van into the back of my truck. But it was my friends aunt. So she didn't do all of this.

Thanks guys, just informed that the case has been moved to a special agent and she still hasn't given a statement... Don't know why for either.... Alsomi will be filling assualt charges for the principal and because she put her hands on me when we were talking with a very aggressive attitude which the cop saw.... Soooo ima let y'all know how that goes

My dad is alright he was just pissed off his truck got hurt, that was all, so he's cool now and he wants me to press charges on her
