OBDII reader for smartphone??

I do apologize cuz I know this has been posted before but I can not for the life of me find out what the app was called that you can use to make changes to your truck (changing speedo for different tire sizes, DRL control etc). Can someone please enlighten me as to what that app was called? (I think it was an app anyways)
