Odd turn signal problem

Hey all, something odd has developed with my 04 Ram 1500 (105k miles). Can anyone shed any light on this? Lol...

When I have the headlights on and activate the turn signals, I get a chime dinging and the “bulb burnt out” warning. Problem is...there are no bulbs out anywhere.

Also before this, when I shut the truck off I get the same chime sounding and cannot lock the doors from the door lock switches, only the key fob will lock it.

Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

I had some odd crap going on when I had my 05. I cleaned and re attached the battery to chassis grounds in the engine bay and everything worked fine again.
Then I added another ground cable to a different bolt to make sure it didn't happen again.
And it lived happily ever after.
Hope your issue is that simple.
