I may have went down the rabbit hole but here goes. If you're running a catch can and constantly getting alot collected doesn't that reflect some on the job that you're oil is doing? Part of the job of you're oil is to seal and protect from heat. So what you're getting in you're catch can is blow by plus boil off. So if you're getting low wear numbers on you're analysis but slot in you're catch can you're oil is only doing part of its job. Ideally you should be getting low wear numbers plus little in you're catch can. I understand that driving conditions also effect this too . This is just my thoughts, please feel free to enlighten me any further, it's kinda dark down here.
