Was surprised its a hard line , went and looked at it and its easy to get to.

Dumped my OCC .
About 6.5 - 7 oz , and look at the condensation crud that comes with freezing temps at night .

Started cutting/threading pipe and sheet metal to make my own catch can. Went a little overboard on the material thickness. LoL

So far the can itself is a 5” long 2”sch80 314 SS pipe, a peice of .135” thick (10ga) 304 stainless for the baffle and a 10 ga 304 s.s. end cap that is going to get welded on the bottom.

LOL. Once I get all the parts together I’ll take pictures as I go along with the fabrication.

This will be fun.

Just a question. A “hypothetical” you could say since im building a C.C. anyway. Would your truck throw codes if you routed your crank case vent hose to dump on the ground and then cap the side that goes into the throttle body?

I know I know, it’s illegal, thats why its a hypocritical. Thats how i had my harley setup.... Until i made a can for it too.

Awesome , I was gonna make my own ...but then I Pussed out ( TIME) ERRR ...and bought IMO the best on the market from Elite Engineering....

The PCV vented to the ground for years ....I know several that have done this and ZERO codes or issues ... I chose an OCC so I could see how much junk doesn't end up in my air intake plenum [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Thats how I had my Cummins set up and what I was going to do to my Hemi as well untill I found the cheapo can I bought

I can offer Mishimoto but they havent been available from them for stock so i havent advertised them yet.

I keep checking to see what else is readily available.

looking them over now. Made in the USA which is awesome. looks to be a quality product. Only asking you because i can see from your posts you are educated on these, what is the benefit of this product over some of the other big name brands? thru the description on the site other than some of the very nice options it seems similar to some of the other ones.

also do you have this model CC401BL-H-XRH-C1B-F ?
