I am replacing my engine, and I was wondering if a melling oil pump Part No: M452 is worth the purchase. This is my first time replacing an engine so I'm not sure if I'm setting myself up for failure by purchasing that pump.

I was told to upgrade to the 6.4 pump by Jay Greene........for a little more volume.
