Order 2024 Warlock Classic, the wait begins

Made the decision to oder a new 2024 yesterday from Mark Dodge.

Order process was flawless, as Reane is a true professional and probably knows more about Ram trucks that most.

Choose the Warlock as it could be ordered with a non etorque hemi. I know it's an SLT trim, but I spec ed it with almost every option except heads up display and a sunroof.

So non etorque hemi, 8hp70, 4x4, crew cab, with 5.7 box, 3.92s, 20 inch wheels, bright white and almost all the interior goodies (8.4, etc) except heads up display, and lane assistance. (Who uses that?) Bucket seats with console.

Choose to go with tow mirrors out of the box, if I don't like them, I have a set of color matched mirrors sitting in my garage I can change out.

Lead time is 12 to 25 weeks, I'm suspecting 16 but who knows. It's a classic we will see.

Adding to the fleet as I have two retirements happening over the next six to 9 months and have garage space (lol).

freight train going from the Ram Plant in Michigan, to Naperville Illinois, is a trip every Ram 1500 made in Michigan makes, that will travel by train, when going to the continental USA.

BuschLatte420, your truck made the short trip to the Buffalo area

My Ram had to go south down to Dallas/Ft.Worth, then west to New Mexico, Arizona, & then north to Riverside, California, then it travel back south to San Diego by truck. It took exactly 4 months to the day from placing the order to delivery.
That was when there were no strikes, no sickness, & supply line for parts was going as good as could be.

Now everything is in turmoil !!

I don’t care what you paid in the end, I was curious on the starting price mark up for 2024 vs 2023 as I heard they added 7k to the starting price. I have seen on here that that is the place to go, if only I traveled for mine, sighhhh

It’s the way to go, and they made that style so long hopefully a lot of kinks were worked out, that’s why I went classic
