Over head console

So I have found a good deal in my opinion of a over head console with the garage door openers and rear window switch with sunroof but don’t really need the sun roof switch, only problem is it is from a 2012 ram 3500 mega. Any idea if that would work in a 2014 express quad cab. Also it has the full harness and bracket complete. Any ideas? Or is this a no go.

It will work but the homelink stuff will not show in the cluster. Also the lights wont match the rest of the interior lights. They will look green instead of bluish. These are easy enough to come by that I'd wait for one from a 2013+...

Ok thanks, I’d rather have a matching light set. Not a fan of non matching ya know.

If you get one for a 13 or newer I belive M2mods makes a conversion harness for it but you would need to verify with him. If he does you should be able to enable the compass and Homelink features with the Alfa OBD. If you don't care about the Homelink and you find one for a 13 up without the buttons it should still have the compass module mounted to the back of it.
