P0128... Can this code prevent starting? on a 2010 5.7 Hemi

It’s an engine coolant temp code so not likely.

It is POSSIBLE that the issue stems from something with the ECM, so it's POSSIBLE that it popped that code and is really an ECM issue vs a low temp issue. Not likely but it's a possibility. Best bet is to take it to a mechanic and let them diagnose it. If the code really is JUST for a low temp issue (cooling fan stuck on, thermostat failure, etc..) the truck should still run.
