P0300 code 5.7 2015 big horn

Have 2015 5.7 Big Horn with p0300 misfire detected service engine light. Engine starts really rough spittering and sputtering. This is what I think is throwing the code. Just looking for some simple remedies to try before bringing to a shop. Thanks for reading!

Sadly number one cause is cam lob 3 worn to nub, need cam and lifters. Try moving coil packs and maybe plugs on 3 and see if code travels.
