Paint chip warranty coverage?

Hoping for some helpful opinions and suggestions here. I got a 2019 Classic 1500 this summer and noticed just the other day that this paint chip on my inner wheel well / finder and it seems to have come out of no where. I have washed the vehicle several times and never noticed this. It doesn't appear to me that anything caused this such as a chip or dent, do you think it would be covered under warranty?

Nope. That sort of chip is road damage and not caused by a defect in the paint.

You can play wack-a-mole with a paint pen or install fender flairs to address. If you leave it they rust out.
