Posting this to see if anyone else has had any problems like this. Truck is a 2013 Sport, 4K miles.

I washed it the other day and noticed a buttload of paint chips on both sides of the cab. Could not see any on the bed. Most of them are on the lower half, but they do occur up to the window line. Nothing on the bumper, hood, front fenders of rear half of the truck.

Now, I understand that I live in the Northeast with snow and salt and all that mess. I bought a truck, not a Bentley. But with only 4,000 miles, I think this would be considered excessive. At this rate, I'll have a two tone bare metal/blue look when it's paid off. Anyone else have this problem? Truck has yet to leave the pavement and is garage kept. I do not beat on it.

I've also been getting the "Vehicle Phone Requires Service. Please contact your dealer" message on the 8.4AN. I know what that is all about, so no need for information regarding that. But, I have been seeing the air suspension lock up. Meaning that it will display "Raising" on the dash indefinitely even after the task was performed. Not sure if that's related to the Uconnect issue. Anyone with air suspension experience this?

I dropped it off at the dealer last night. Well see what they say, but in the meantime I thought I'd see what you guys had to say. Here is a video of the air suspension problem:

I haven't had the suspension problems with my 2014 Ram Long Horn but Uconnect has been freezing up on me. I took my truck back to the dealer and they installed a new Radio (8.4AN) and I haven't had any problems out of it for about 2 weeks now.

I know nothing about these air suspensions, but from the video it seems it is blinking when it is in drive and not blinking when you are in park because you just re-started truck. So do you have to turn it from drive to park before you press button?

I don't think that is it, you can change the height on the fly as long as you are within the speed parameters set by the factory. I have been documenting these occurrences as they happen, here is one where the truck was started and never shifted out of park, same thing happened.

In this video I even tried to open the driver door, something that would normally halt any suspension changes. While the height was not changing at the time, it did not change the EVICs status stating otherwise.

Chrysler said the paint is normal chipping from road debris. Maybe it is, who knows, it just seems like the paint is awfully thin. If that is in fact the case, it's extremely disappointing for truck that cost almost 50k. I am currently waiting to here when I can meet the regional service rep. and discuss these problems.

Thanks for the suggestion.
