Passenger Output shaft repair

Here it goes.

Driving with a worn front output shaft now for about 6 years now. Finically found a kit, came with everything needed. Bought two new cv axles as well. See how it goes I guess. Shouldn’t be to bad.

Yes I know. My neighbour had the problem about 3-4 years ago and I told him to order it from there. Which he did. At the time it was 750 bucks. Napa has them now for 100 bucks ‍.
Mine just never gave out so I kept driving it. This kit was 300 for everything you see in the box.

Off to a good start. Both cv axles seized. I need to get a oxy/ace torch setup back ‍ time

When you do get them back together, apply a liberal amount of grease on the splines for the cv axles. That will help prevent water from getting into the splines and they will come loose with a just a good hit from a hammer.
