PCM Swap 2019 Ram 1500 DT

Hey guys I bought a pcm online and matched the calibration number as well as the part number to mine. Great price for it and had it sent to get diablo unlocked for tuning. Gave my vin thinking they'd match the vin to mine but unfortunately that was a misunderstanding. So got the PCM back ended having the old vin. Found out I can use Alfaobd to change the vin which I did. I also confirmed with my diablo tuner that the PCM is indeed unlocked. Upon trying to start I had a skim code error causing the vehicle start for a few seconds then stalling out due to the immobilizer I assume. Is there anyway to get this PCM to match up the skim of my factory one? I still have the original PCM so if it's something that can just be copied or anything. Thanks in advance!

When I sent a pcm to Diablo, they changed everything and when I got it back it was plug and play. No issues truck started and I was able to use an i3 to program.

It cost $100 and shipping but it was worth it.

I would get back on the phone with them, something doesn't sound kosher and I'd have a calm discussion. Before messing with more stuff
