PCM Swap

Ok Im sure im not the only one to do this but definitely feel like a ********.lol

I broke both of the pcm connectors trying to do a late night pcm swap. both the red latches are broken and I can not get the plugs out. Is there a way I can do this manually or is there a replacement part for the connectors? Any help is appreciated and Im ok with name calling and **** talking. lol Thank you in advance.

I just did the same thing
I knew how fragile they are, and was being super careful- the plastic pins still sheared off one
I ordered three replacements
It was well below 0C, next time I’ll warm them up a bit more
