Hello all!
Looking to add some performance to my 2014 1500 Sport 4x4 DCSB. I've looked at both s/c and cam swap, but I am not sure which way to go...
I want something that can still function as a drivable truck, but that I can have some fun with at the track on the weekends. I've looked at Whipple, ProCharger, Hamburger S/C and Greene cam swap kits...
I don't really wanna do a major engine teardown, so I would like to not have to change cylinders or cranks, but am comfortable with cam, heads, lifters and the like.
I'd like to hear from people that have gone down these avenues so I can make a better decision.
About the truck:
2014 5.7 8-speed, 4x4, DCSB, 3.92 gear currently bone stock. I'm looking at LTs, exhaust and air intake right now.
Thanks!
