can I get the little phone button on steering wheel to work with a aftermarket bluetooth. radio on my 2012 express ????

Most of the aftermarket radios that I have seen will use the internal BT function and lose the factory.

what radio did you install? you might be able to use the Maestro depending on your specific truck and radio.
