I finished my 6" zone lift the other day and aside from the rain it wasn't too bad but now the alignment is all out of whack. I planned on getting an alignment done after the install but it's so bad that I can't even drive it to a shop. It would do too much damage to my tires. I've been reading and trying to figure out how to somewhat align it myself just so I can drive it to a shop but I'm still a little confused. If anyone can please give me some pointers or tips on how to do it myself I'd really appreciate it

How is it so far out of whack that you can't even drive it to a shop? It shouldn't be at all hard to either adjust the tie rods (to set the toe in/out) and adjust the cam bolts on the lower A-arms to get the camber close. You don't need to worry about caster at this point as all. As long as you get everything to where it looks somewhat straight it will be more than fine to drive to a shop.

Do you have photos as that will also help to determine what went awry ?

Use a tape measure and measure the distance between your front tires at the front of the tire and the back. This will get them pointing the same direction. Then you'll have to play with your tie rods to get them straight

does the zone kit require you to cut the TRE's or replace them?

Sorry guys I forgot to reply but I ended up just adjusting the camber bolts and got it in good enough shape to bring it to a shop. Btw I love my zone lift. It's my 3rd lift from them and I highly recommend them for the price

So what happened with the first two lifts that varied from this one ? Meaning were they installed by someone else ? :)
