Power Fold Mirror Issues

I have the power fold mirrors and at night when they are folded in if it freezes they won't fold out without me pulling on them a bit in the morning. It's almost like they are frozen to the plastic track. Is there a spray I can use to lubricate the track or am I stuck not folding in the mirrors in the cold months?

I foresee some people in other branded cars with those flip down style back up cameras needing this. First thing I thought of when I saw it for the first time, that's going to freeze shut during winter.

I'll have to try this product out next time I have power folds (currently have tows). Last truck had the power folds and I just didn't use the feature when it was colder.
