I'm hoping someone can shed some light on my problem. I have a 2016 Ram 3500. While using the key fob, the door locks and tailgate lock all fail to respond but the lights do flash as if it is locking/unlocking. Additionally the remote start also works. I've also tried using the lock/unlock button on the inside of the door, this to is failing. I've verified the fuse that is marked as door locks is good.
On one of the rear days that the wife took the truck, she went out at lunch and no problems, after she got off work, the wife couldn't unlock the door. I've been driving the truck for years with no problems. Wife drives it once, and the truck throws a fit.
