At 1500 miles brakes needed to be pumped on my new 2020 PW due to a "soft pedal". It felt like it had air in the hydraulic. Dealer agreed and after bleeding they just replaced the Master Cyl. But, not really that much better and same thing again at 2300 miles. Dealer says thats the way PW brakes on 6.4 are. I never had a vehicle that needed brakes pumped at least twice or more to get a good pedal feel. What to do?

Make 'em fix it. That's not normal regardless of what they tell you.

You may still have air in the system or the Master has a bad diaphragm is my guess.

Had the same issue on my '16 PW. I did a full system bleed and still had the soft pedal. I then did the ABS module bleed and got a ton of air out of it. Finished with another full bleed and have a firm pedal. You may want to ask the dealership if they did the ABS portion of the bleed.
